On Wednesday, January 28, 2009, St. Louis, Missouri, a frigid, but beautiful, enchanted place, had aproximently 6 inches of snow fall gracefully to the the ground! It came down hard, fast, in beautiful flakes, and in big white puffs. When it finally stopped, two little girls, Alia and her sister Joelle, emerged from their houses and crept out to play in the cold, white snow. They grabed their sleds given to them for christmas from their wonderful aunt, uncle, and cousin. Then, they raced to the large, neighborhood golf course where all the other kids gathered and took off "snow surfing" and sledding for two whole hours without stopping to take a break. They slid down hill after hill, until finally, their mother wanted for them to return to their beautiful house and get warm. They said farewell to all their friends gathered at the snow adorned golf course and headed home singing sweet little songs " wi wi wi" all the way home!
